What is the Personalized Video Breakdown?

We take a comprehensive look at your game through Playcalling, Positioning, Mechanics and Presentation. The goal of the service is to provide officials at all levels with honest and open feedback from a different perspective. We believe receiving feedback from a third party takes the emotion out of the evaluation process and focuses on the what shows up on film.

Through our evaluation sheet, we log the following:

• Type of play – Foul or Violation Call Correct, Call Incorrect, No Call Incorrect, No Call Correct Decisions, Inconclusive
• Primary or Secondary Coverage Whistle Cadence – is it a primary or secondary (cadence) whistle
• Positioning Notes – were you in position to make the call? Especially on Incorrect calls
• Mechanics – are you mechanically sound throughout the game with signals?
• Presentation – are you presenting a professional image? Are you presenting clear information to the table?
